I believe one of my strengths is my ability to get along and work with others. I've worked as parts of teams before, both as the leader and as a member of the group, and found that I worked efficently and my team accomplished their goals effectively in those scenarios.
Another one of my strengths (although this could classify as either a strength or weakness) is my attention to detail. I find that the work I do (mainly programming projects) is helped by the way I focus and pay attention to the little details that others might overlook.
I believe that one of my weaknesses is my focus on details. While sometimes this can be a helpful trait, I often find myself redoing the same task over to ensure that the work I did was of the best quality I could make it, which wastes time.
Another one of my weaknesses is my lack of planning. I often feel like I prefer to jump into a task rather than spend a long time planning it out, and while this mostly works, sometimes I find myself unsure of what to do next.
As for where I am heading in life, I believe that I am heading towards a field of computer science. This type of field suits me because of my attention to detail and my ability to work with others, something that is important when working on programming projects with a team. I have accepted an offer from Trent University to take their computer science course, and I have connections in the tech field that will hopefully help me get learning and career opportunities such as internships and full-time jobs.
